The site should reduce cognitive and sensory burden rather than add to it.

Site Shell v0.1 uses semantic HTML, visible keyboard focus, restrained colours, a reading-width content column and no required JavaScript.

Accessibility problems are defects. Future interactive features must preserve keyboard access, reduced-motion preferences and clear language.
